This is a Rare Opportunity to Pick up a Unique Online Business of Your Own.
I am selling this established website, along with the software product I created myself.
This product is only about 8 months old, and has not come close to reaching it’s true potential.
I have put a lot of time and effort into building this site, but I haven’t promoted it like I should have, so the exposure to the site and product is really low.
There is a lot of opportunity to really make a hit of this site and product.
This is not going to be a long “strong arm, persuasive” sales letter. If you don’t see the value in this, then that’s okay.
So, due to other projects I am working on, and not having the time to give this site its due, I am going to sell it.
I could sell this site on Sitepoint.com or some other web site selling service, but I wanted to give my newsletter subscribers and my blog visitors the chance to pick it up first.

For comparison purposes, there is a very similar script being sold for $147. That price indicates there is a market for this type of product, and you can have the advantage of selling a similar product for less!
I am considering offering different rights, and price points for this product. Your interest will help me determine how I am going to sell it. Here are the options I am considering.
Option A.
Ideally, I would like to sell the domain, website, graphics, software, subscribers, blog, backlinks and all, to one buyer.
This one buyer would have exclusive rights to the source code of the software, website etc. I would be the only other person with rights to the software, and I don’t have any immediate plans to do anything with it.
What could you do with this site and software product?
Sell the product as is.
Add more features to the product.
Create niche video sites to sell.
Sell licensing to other who can then create unlimited sites they can sell.
Sell Resale rights to the product.
Sell Private Label rights to the product.
You would own the exclusive, no restriction rights to the product, the domain and everything that comes with the product for $4000.

You could be one of 4 people who own the private label rights (PLR) to the product and sales letter for $1000.
Option C.
You could be one of 8 people who own the private label rights (PLR) to the product and sales letter for $500.
Option D.
You could be one of 16 people who own the private label rights (PLR) to the product and sales letter for $250.

With the Resell rights, you would not be able to modify the sales page, other than changing your name and payment link.
You would not be able to modify the software in any way.
You would have to direct the software download to my download page.
You would not be able to sell any rights to anyone else.

Expressing an interest does not commit you to purchase, but please don’t express an interest unless you do have an interest in purchasing.
I will keep this offer open up to 5 days, unless I have an Option 1 buyer, or fill the Option A-F spots – then I will remove the offer.
I will sell the rights based on your interest, and in the order of the options above. For example, one exclusive buyer (Option A) will take precedence over 4 PLR buyers (Option B).
Remember, the fewer PLR owners the less competition and the more value you will have with the product.
This is not like most PLR products you have bought, or will buy. This is a very unique offer.
I will also be throwing in JV Manger as a bonus, for those interested in options A-D. JV Manager is a very powerful software that you can use to manage your sales, customers, product delivery, affiliates and more.
If I don’t see enough interest in any of the options above, I will sell the site elsewhere, or just keep it
